	Worked extensively on information architecture projects for high-tech business to business and e-business application. Designed at both the flow-chart and gray page level. Re-structured large scale sites by mapping to identify usability problems and then redesigning the information architecture to resolve trouble-spots. Involved in day by day usability issues for e-business by working hand in hand with a quality control team, and trouble-shooting for rapid daily improvements.
